Duties & Responsibilities

Finance officer Responsibilities:

1.to enter bills in to database every day.

2.To make contract for small vendors

3.To make time sheet for staff and Payment report letter and enter to the table in computer.

4.To enter all bill in computer and make a documents.

5.To enter the all documents in computer and make it file.

6.To collect monthly data, enter into database, analyze and provide feedback.

7.To make report and hand over to Program Director every day (end of the day)

8.To Write Dari and English letter and send to companies. Ministries if required.

9.Any other task requested by the Provincial PD of the company.

10. to Record the Visitors Name and information.

Job Requirements

1.Afghan National .

2. University /High school graduate.

3.At least three years experience in the similar positions.

4.To be fluent, in reading, writing, and speaking in English.

5. knowledge of computer programs (Ms Word, Ms Excel, access, power point etc).

6.To be able to check the staff in Kabul project sites.

7.To be flexible, having positive attitude and the ability to work under pressure.
