Responsible for Overall Finance department in charge, journalizing, ledgering , Planning, Organizing, Control and Monitoring of finance Department.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Oversees and directs treasury, budgeting, audit, tax, accounting, forecasting and other financing activities.
Control system (Quick Books) with proper documentation.
Checking all payables with necessary documentation.
Control on Payable, Receivable.
Checking Tax documentation.
Keeping all financial records accurate and up to date.
Reporting on daily basis, weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and yearly.
The Financial Officer must have the following basic qualification and working experience:
Bachelor Degree in Finance/ Accounting/ Economics/ Commerce /Business Administration or other related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of work experience .
Fluency in local languages (Pashto and Dari) as well as English Language.
Able to operate MS office computer programs (Windows, Word, Excel,QuickBooks and Email).
Must have full knowledge of program budget and financial management rules and procedures of Afghanistan.
Able to work under pressure and as team member and to work for long hours as and whenever required
Knowledge of financial regulation.
Understanding of budget and budget cycle.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and work extra hours when required.
Fluency in English, Dari and Pashto languages
Familiar with QuickBooks, excel and other applications.
