-Recently, the Medical Council has begun work under the decision of the Cabinet of the Republic of Afghanistan and the decree of the President of the Republic. The medical council will play important roles in setting up the duties of medical doctors and improving the system of medical education in Afghanistan.
Medical Council Mission: The Medical Council, as a national body, has a duty to ensure as well as improving patient safety and improving the quality of medical services of the doctors and medical education programs in the country. In order to implement the mission and objectives of the medical council, it is considered that suitable people are hired in different departments of the mentioned office.
Maintain and update accounting and financial control systems in accordance with Ministry of Finance regulations

Manage the preparation and submission of the AMC monthly expenditure reports, ensuing that they are accurate, complete and submitted to AMC Finance Head in a timely manner;
Assist the Finance Manager and in the preparation of monthly financial accounts, including computer data entry,
Manage the preparation and submission of the monthly fund projections ensuring that they are accurate and complete;
Maintain well organized and systematic files (finance),
Work in close collaboration with the Finance Manager and other senior AMC staff for project budget and expense planning;
Ensure that transactions are appropriately recorded both in hard and soft and ensure Afghanistan Government accounting and procurement standards, procedures and policies are followed and implemented;
Update and keep filed daily vouchers, cashbook, advances, and other financial documents,
Submit weekly reports of all relevant information to Head of Finance,
Collect and enter data for various financial spreadsheets
Assist the financial director in creating financial reports on a regular basis
Attend finance department and company-wide meetings, sometimes assisting with financial reporting to managers and senior executives
Suggest changes or improvements to increase accuracy, efficiency, and cost reductions.
Prepare monthly payroll, and process It to ministry of Finance and bank accounts.
Maintain a close coordination with all the senior staff on financial matters and advise them, as appropriate, on matters requiring their attention;
Other accounting, financial management and administrative tasks consistent with the overall scope of this position assigned from time to time by the respective supervisor/s.
Review and adhere to department budgets
Bachelor degree in Management Sciences, Finance, Accounting or other relevant field.
Financial Management
Working under pressure and able to deliver tasks on time.
