To establish and manage a consumer sales Flagship according to the company sales targets
Duties & Responsibilities:
â€¢ To review with the Sales Manager Flagship / the Business plan and to develop and specify objectives for the Flagship
â€¢ To coordinate with the Sales Manager Flagship and ensure that targets for Flagship are achieved.
â€¢ In case of ABSENCE of Sales Manager, Manpower planning and selection of staff,
â€¢ To appraise staff in case of ABSENCE of Sales Manager, Managing Flagship staff
â€¢ To sell all consumer related products and services of Etisalat to customers
â€¢ To proceed all sales processes according to defined sales Flagship procedures
â€¢ To reach a high Customer Satisfaction of Etisalat customers within the sales process as described in the sales policies and procedures
â€¢ To follow up the order process with contact and information through all involved departments if necessary
â€¢ If necessary, support all colleagues inside the Flagship to achieve the Flagship targets
â€¢ To assist and advise the Regional Sales Manager Flagships in the day-to-day business to achieve Sales strategy, plans, objectives and productivity, by:
o Following up quantitative productivity and qualitative performance of Sales Executives.
o Preparing and submitting several status reports, highlighting trends and general areas of interest and concern.
o Giving advice on ways to improve customer service, productivity and quality.
o Developing and updating working procedures affecting Sales and KPI (Key Performance Indicators).
o Ensuring procedures are in line with Sales quality standards and work instructions.
o Organizing necessary training for Sales Executives.
â€¢ Being on call to ensure 24 hours/7 day availability, performing frequent spot checks (regular cannot be unexpected)..
University degree in economics, business or telecommunications with a profound Practical background in Business. A further education in Sales/Marketing would be advantageous.
At least 1 year experience.
