Job Summary

The consolidation of the financial and administrative obligations of the contracts in the system

Duties & Responsibilities

1- Good knowledge of server system
2- The consolidation of the financial and administrative obligations of the contracts in the system
3- Evaluating and controlling the system
4- Management of the income system
5- Communicating with mines provincial directorate, finance and IT section
6- Communicating with financial and accounting directorate
7- Communicating with IT directorate
8- Contractor company assurance from consolidation of accounting responsibilities
9- Contractor company assurance from payment
10- Train the income collection department staff about the system
11- Implementing any other related tasks which are according rules and regulations

Job Requirements


Bachelor of IT and Master is preferred in this field.

Having work experience in AMCS+

At least 5 years of work experience in relevant fields.

Fluency in English language and Microsoft Office programs

The Incumbent should have sound knowledge of the extractive sector

The Incumbent should have strong written and oral communication and other interpersonal skills

Deputy Ministers, and Directors in a professional manner

The incumbent should be able to represent MoMP in intra-government and non-government meetings, conferences …etc.

The incumbent should have sound presentation skills and ability to present to a large group of audience, national and international

The incumbent should be able to manage and work in working groups

The incumbent should be able to write reports, briefing paper, correspondence, and research paper as required

The incumbent should be fluent in speaking, reading and writing in English.
