Job Summary:

Main Purpose of the Post:
To make sure EA products availabilities at retail level ,distribution level and franchise level within given KPI’s

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. To be based at franchise to monitor franchise day to day business
2. To ensure the quality services at franchise level.
3. Maintenance of franchise standards as per company policy
4. To ensure proper maintenance of records by franchisee i.e. Inventory, Sales and Documents.
5. To ensure daily / weekly / monthly sales reporting by the franchise
6. To provide guidelines and training to franchise staff for product knowledge and maximum efficiency
7. To ensure proper placement of merchandising / POS material in franchise.
8. To ensure accurate and proper documentation.
9. To ensure timely submission of document within the given KPI.


1. To provide and update product knowledge to Dealers and retailers time to time as per company policies and procedures
2. To ensure availability of the stock to the dealer/ retailers by the distributor at all times
3. Visit market with regularly basis to monitor availability and visibility of the EA products
4. Stock monitoring and incase of non availability inform proactively to indirect sales department.
5. Ensure that implementation of EA policies regarding SAF and related documents.
6. Submit report regularly to EA head office indirect sales department reference to franchise performance and distribution.

Job Requirement:

 Holding Bachelor Degree.

 One or two years relevant work experience.

 If having 12 grade.

 Three to four years relevant work experience.
