Job Summary:

The incumbent shall be company’s focal point with ATRA and overall responsible for daily correspondences

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Daily correspondences with ATRA and attending meeting:
• Receive letters from ATRA and filing the same after reply.
• Collecting information requesting by ATRA and delivering the same to ATRA within the timeline.
• Delivering the quarterly report to ATRA in the end of each quarter withing the time frame.
• Representing EA in all ATRA meetings and inter operators meetings.
• Responding all ATRA questions and letters

2. To achieve established objectives , by:
• Working in accordance with ET Quality standards, procedures and work instructions.
• Observing established performance indicators for call handling,
• Adhering to the schedule.
• Working in close liaison with colleagues to ensure that the highest standard of cooperation and liaison with the entities are met.
• Reporting to his line manager on regular basis.
• Giving positive ideas and suggesting optimizing team and working process.
• Maintaining a clean and tidy working environment, reporting any non- operational equipment.
