Job Summary:

Travel throughout Supreme sites to conduct audits of inventory processes and procedures. This includes but is not limited to; daily stock takes, weekly gain/loss report, AFIS and FMIS reconciliations, correct forms and reports being used.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Key Tasks:
ï‚· Perform audits at all Supreme Fuel Inventory locations
ï‚· Create Internal Audit report for all Inventory Audits conducted
ï‚· Maintain and update as required the Corrective Action Log for any Inventory Audits with outstanding corrective actions
 Track and close out Corrective Action’s for Inventory Audits once completed by designated individual
ï‚· Identify and document areas for continuous improvement of the inventory and reporting process
ï‚· Assist in root cause analysis and problem solving unexplained variances and recommending possible corrective actions

Job Requirement:

Essential:
ï‚· Full knowledge of fuel inventory procedures
ï‚· Completed internal auditors course ISO 9001:2008
ï‚· Fully trained in AFIS and FMIS
ï‚· Prepared to work and live in remote location.
ï‚· Excellent English skills in speaking, reading and writing
ï‚· Skilled in Excel
ï‚· Skilled in MS Office
Desirable:
ï‚· Experience in working in difficult areas
ï‚· Problem solving skills
