Bank-e-Millie Afghan, Multi Location
General Service’s department is an implementing body which will be responsible for Procurement, Supply, Maintenance and Housekeeping of Bank and its Branches. The General Services Manager will ensure the smooth running of services department activities and besides is accountable for budget and costing control, vendor management, safety and security.
1.Implementations of decisions taken by Management of Bank.
2.Leading, managing and Training the general services team with new administrative techniques and creating a friendly environment among them.
3.Monitoring and Controlling the quality, quantity and prices of procurement section.
4.Taking care of electricity and oil consumption of Bank building and branches to negotiate costs.
5.Responsible for vendor management, cleanliness, canteen grocery and security, maintenance of building, furniture and electronic equipments.
6. Check invoices, delivery receipts and other papers.
7.Keep record of vouchers and all other general services records.
8.Should take care of staff travel arrangement including reservation of hotels, tickets and guest house.
9.Keep the inventory list up date.
10.Manage security guards, cleaners and managing their leaves and vacations according to BMA HR Policies.
11.Assist Security Officer in guiding security team for better performance in keeping security.
12.Evaluation of general services team based on BMA HR policies.
13.Responsible for finding suitable location for establishment of new city and provincial branches with the coordination of marketing department.
14.Preparing complete and standard contract forms for rental branches and vehicles.
15.Responsible for arrangement of workshop and any official gatherings.
16.Liaison with governmental authorities (Electricity and Municipality)
17.Providing daily/monthly report (if required) to CEO and Management Board.
1.Minimum qualification Bachelor degree is required.
2.Must have at least 4 years experience in general services and administrative area.
3.Should have good communication skill with clients and staff.
4.Proficiency in English, Dari and Pashto is required.
5.Must have complete knowledge of Procurement law of Afghanistan.
6.Must have good computer skills.
7.Should have ability to lead over 100 staff.
8.Should be good at negotiations and dealings with vendors.
9.Candidate should be self starter and willing to take responsibility to get things done.
