Job Summary

• The incumbent is responsible for assisting the Manager Government Affairs Services in all Government Services day-to-day activities as per corporate strategy; liaising efficiently with related Government departments that result in speedy and efficient processing of relevant services for the company. The incumbent shall liaise with internal and external parties as necessary to enhance workflow and assist in administrative activities and work of the department.Responsible for managing and visiting regularly a list Accounts

Duties & Responsibilities

• Liaise with internal and external parties as necessary to support and bolster flow of business.
• Work with the Manager Government Affairs Services to ensure formulation and implementation of sound Government Relations policies, and efficient liaison processes with related Government departments, etc. that result in speedy and efficient processing of relevant services for the company.
• Develop strong and sustainable relationships with government officials to facilitate the conduct of smooth processing of the company needs
• Assist Manager in updating list of VIPs and other important persons are regularly up-dated.
• Perform modifications and enhancements to existing systems (processes, procedures, etc)
• Provide operational and administrative support.
• Prepare analysis and provide support in implementation.
• Performs administrative function related to the running of department.
• Directly assists Manager in planning, evaluation and research.

Job Requirements

Min Bachelors , Min 2 yrs of work experience
BASIC: Should be able to handle most of the routine tasks with occasional guidance; required to support non-routine or complex tasks.
Level 2
INTERMEDIATE : Should be able to handle routine tasks without guidance and non-routine tasks with occasional guidance
Level 3
ADVANCED: Should be able to handle routine and non-routine tasks with very little supervision; demonstrates the ability to understand and apply standards, procedures and guidelines. Expected to act with reasonable independence and required to supervise and guide others.
Level 4
SPECIALIST: Required to demonstrate comprehensive understanding of the relevant concepts/principles and the ability to interpret, analyse and propose enhancements to the standards, instructions and guidelines to a wide variety of situations; required to act using own judgement and with little direct guidance; should be able to train and lead others in most of the specified procedures.
Level 5
EXPERT: Should be able to demonstrate outstanding capability to devise and apply solutions to strategic issues; expected to be a role model to others and to set standards of excellence to inspire others to pursue overreaching goals.
