Duties & Responsibilities:

During assignment GT will be reporting to a local/International manager who would act as coach and who would be responsible for the success of trainee-ship within the department. He/she is the one who reviews development progress and the quality of performance both skill and competency wise. As GT will be working in several offices, he/she will be reporting to several managers. The Human Resources Manager will be coordinating the Graduate Program. He will be monitoring development in order to ensure that development is in line with the mutual expectations. He will also act as mentor, a person who can always address with questions about GT personal and professional development. Where possible, GT will be linked to a "Buddy", a junior colleague who ideally was a trainee him or herself within the last two years. Our Graduate Trainees can be sure that they are looked after very well and that there will be colleagues available that will assist to make a continued success of the Graduate Program. At the end of our development program GT will know the basics of his/her field of interests, especially within one of our business units and will get familiar with the company culture and will be ready for a first assignment in the Company. At the end of the assignment GT will submit a report to HR.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor Degree in any field graduated only in years 1386 or 1387 equalling 2007 or 2008

• Basic knowledge of English Language and computer literacy
