Distribute grants procedures information and required documents as they are updated to relevant program and operations staff
Coordinate the review, translation, editing, finalization and reproduction of all grants and program documents. Coordinate the authorizations, preparation and forwarding of grant documents to USG officials, MOWA representatives and Internal and ASGP Selection Committees as required and as scheduled. Ensure provision of orientations to staff and program participants on grant administration procedures and requirements as required. Coordinate the processing and forwarding of tranche payment reimbursement requests

Bachelors’ degree preferred
Three years experience working with international organizations and / or projects
USAID funded grants administration experience
Fluent in English, Dari and Pashto;
Be able function in a fluid, demanding environment
Have supervised administrative and support staff
