Duties & Responsibilities:
To be responsible for ensuring that granting of customer credit facility is duly approved by Head Office, all documentations are in order before loan disbursement or conducting of trade activities. All related documentations are processed in accordance with the Policy established and implemented by the Bank. Supervise work of all Credit Administration staff and is also responsible for ensuring all activities of the business unit are carried out in compliance with policies, rules and regulations, relevant government authorities, Head Office and the Branch.
To review agreement by ensuring it is signed and stamped and all documents required are fulfilled, also submit prepared draft agreement for respective parties (Marketing, Operations, customer) review/comment
To ensure registration of collateral (mortgage) complied with regulatory and bank’s policy, safely keep all legal documents under dual control system, monitor expiry date of collateral/guarantee
To ensure registration and system update are complied with both external and internal policies
To review relevant reports for Head Office and provide adequate documentation for report preparation, control over proper filing of documents and reports
To update both internal and external policy governing Credit Administration activities and establish proper communication among Credit Administration staff
To supervise, coach and train staff in Credit Administration Unit
To perform other tasks as assigned by Operations Manager
Job Requirement:
Bachelor degree in relevant field is must.
At least 5 year of experience in the relevant field
Competencies:
Excellent written and verbal communication Skills
Easy to adjust in the local environment (Theory & practices)
Proficiency in English
Problem solving skills
Ability to adjust in the country’s local environment
Advance Computer Knowledge
Required Skill Set
Knowledge of central bank rules and regulations.
Familiarity with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other commonly used software packages
