Job Summary

Supervision of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Inventory sections.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Supervision of accounts payable section to ensure the payments should be processed in compliance with Company policies within specified time.
2. Supervision of Inventory section and to ensure timely issuance of stock with no deficiency in physical and books of accounts quantities.
3. Supervision of Accounts receivable section and to ensure the daily/weekly/monthly reconciliations of distributor’s cash deposits, bank reconciliation statements, and sales by flagships.

Job Requirements

Education :

Bachelor degree in relevant field.

Experience:
• 5 years experience of supervising the accounts payable, accounts receivable and inventories section on managerial level

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• Good communications skills
• Knowledge of ERP required.
• Very good team worker
• Ability to work under pressure
