Helmand Chamber of Commerce and Investment -is a strong and united business membership organization representing the entire private sector of Helmand. It is the service-oriented, independent, and modern Chamber of Commerce and Investment of Afghanistan. SCCI is a legal independent personality, and the non-governmental, non-political, and non-profitable organization of self-administration of the Helmand business community. It protects the rights of the private sector, it coordinates, leads, and supports business activities, and it makes efforts for developing the economy on national and international levels. and its working Ander the lead of Afghan Chamber Of Commerce and Investment.
Provincial Chamber Executive Manager under the direct authority of CEO and Helmand Province BoD, is mainly responsible for the executive affairs in the relevant province as well as he/she is responsible for the monitoring and evaluation of the employees in the relevant Provincial Chamber. he/she is also responsible for implementation of the ACCI policies and strategic in the relevant provinces and to set out his/her daily tasks according to ACCI's annual operational plan.
The ACCI Provincial Executive Manager with respect to the acci law and bylaw, is responsible for the task below:
1. In respect to ACCI law and prompt solving of all problems and achieving the challenges in the relevant provincial chamber.
2. To cooperate in coordination of all the business related activities of the relevant provinces with governmental and nongovernmental organizations.
3. To make the strategic plan of the provincial chamber in accordance to the needs of the business community of the relevant provincial chamber.
4. To conduct long and short term courses and workshops to strengthen the capability and skills of the employees in the relevant provincial chambers.
5. To implement all the orders and decisions taken by the CEO.
6. To create and maintain good relations and temperament between the provincial BoD, Center’s Bod and CEO.
To recruit the employees according to HR manual transparently, approved by central office.
7. To promptly transfer the relevant provincial chamber’s income to the ACCI bank accounts.
8. To attend the provincial chamber BoD meetings regularly and with consideration to the ACCI law and bylaw, 8. provide his/her suggestion and comments specifically in policy and strategic plan making.
9. To cooperate in attraction of the business owners and investors to be ACCI members in the relevant province (membership acquisition)
1. university degree (at least B.A economy/Business Administration or in the relevant field).
2. at least five years of experience

5. Excellent Organizational and communication skills.
6. computer skills (MS office).
7. Fluent in Dari, Pashto and English.
