Job Summary:


Duties & Responsibilities:

Ensure update HMIS soft ware is functional and used properly at the field office.
Provide field office, health facilities and community networks with adequate number of updated relevant HMIS formats.
Identify staff needs and perform specific training and support to health facilities staff and community net work on HMIS and use of data for action.
Monitor timeliness and completeness of reports.
Develop monitoring and supervision plan and conduct supportive supervision visits. Assess quality of reported data.
Collect, compile, analyze data and provide feedback. Provide staff with required HMIS information.
Ensure and maintain the flow of information to sub office and main office.
Participate in drafting monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
Coordinate HMIS activities with other agencies; represent MRCA in HMIS subcommittee meetings.
Submit HMIS data to MRCA main office timely.
Maintain records of all HMIS documents including backup safely.
Providing the HMIS stationary and formats health facility level on quarterly base.
Follow up the roll and policy of MRCA and act as a core member of MRCA provincial team.
Perform any other duties as needed.

Job Requirement:

1. Post graduate from medical faculty
2. At least three years of working experience in supervising/monitoring of health program activities.
3. Experience and skill in health management information system and PBHS implementation.
4. Computer knowledge and English language and training skill are advantageous.
