Job Summary

Administrative and Finance Coordination, Maintenance, Sanitations , and file management

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Establish and keep a standard patients filing system.

2. Keep and make administrative finance records and other paper works according to office procedures
3. Supervise the support staff like guard, receptionist, cleaners and others have a customer friendly attitude and make sure that they do their assign duties as required
4. Make sure the hospital environment is clean and infection prevention measures are followed by staff and customers
5. Coordinate maintenance of clinical and non clinical equipments.
6. make sure that all operating systems like electricity, water, canalization, heating and cooling systems of hospitals are working properly
7. Make sure and patients and staff policy are implemented in hospital

Job Requirements

1. High School Graduate - a fresh univeristy graduate is preferable
2. 1 to 2 years relevant experience
3.good command of English
4. Adequate computer skills
5.Honest, commitment to organization values
