Job Summary:

• Assisting in Recruitment Process
• Support and Assistance in Running Payroll System
Assisting in Maintaining Employee Database
Assisting in Orientation Program for new Recruits
• Documentation/Record Keeping

Duties & Responsibilities:

Main Purpose of the Post:

• Assisting in Recruitment Process
Assisting in recruitment system in order to meet manpower requirements with the best possible human resources available in the market.
• Support and Assistance in Running Payroll System
Ensuring compilation of data for salary disbursement through payroll including allowances, overtime, Expense claims etc. and making necessary adjustments after making deductions for income tax, any advances, or any deductions for Etisalat Afghanistan employees.
• Assisting in Maintaining Employee Database
Responsible for compiling employee data on monthly basis including list of leavers, joiners and active staff particularly for Etisalatl employees.
• Assisting in Orientation Program for new Recruits
Supporting in design and implementation of an orientation system for all new employees in order to provide them an introductory insight about the organization and its operations
• Documentation/Record Keeping
Responsible for Record keeping and documentation, maintaining personal files, approvals, and other important documents.

Job Requirement:

Education :

Minimum 12 grade of Education, university is preferred


At least 2 years of experience in HR


• Language requirements: English, Dari and Pashto
• Computer knowledge requirements is Must
• Abilities and personal traits the candidate must possess to better do this job such as ability to meet deadlines, work under pressure, tact, negotiation skills, organizational skills etc.
