Duties & Responsibilities

•Collect CV and resumes.
•Make sure the CV Data Base is updated.
•Translation of contracts for new employees.
•Make sure new employees understand Company policy.
•Taking photos of all new employees.
•Make photos ready for badges.
•Send new employees to Screening.
•Set up and maintain all Local National employee files.
•Executing of several tasks received from HR Coordinator and Supervisor.
•Always be in touch with the Admin Assistant.
•Always be in touch with the Investigation Dept regarding new employees, resignations, etc.
•Adhere to general office requirements.
•Renewal of expired Badges.
•Track newly hired, resigned, dismissed, and other salary changes
•Compile Dari translated documents for MoI.
•Maintaining of the LN HR Data Base regarding: appointments, terminations, resignations, transfers, promotions, historical data, etc.
•Maintaining of the LN Data Base for Leave, Disciplinary issues and Training records.

Job Requirements

•At least 2 years previous work experience with a satisfactory performance in the same functional area preferably with NGOs;
•High school, and/or diploma in Business administration desirable;
•Computer literacy in Avery Design Program Software and Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel. Number of words the applicant should be able to type per min: 35-45
•An understanding of Data Base maintenance
•Organizational- and Self Management skills
•Fluency in written and spoken English and National Languages
•Ability to commence work immediately
