Assist the HR Head in his daily work particularly in recruitment of staff, performance appraisals and maintaining HR database.
• Manage the filing system of HR unit in a proper manner.
• Check the attendance sheets and leave applications of Head Office, Branches and Regional Offices, update the leave records and properly file them.
• Announce the vacancies and receive applications, follow up with short listing and precede the recruitment.
• Receive the selected candidate(s) all relevant documents required by the Human Resources Unit for preparation and issuance of employment contract.
• Update the Human Resource database and personnel files accordingly.
• Prepare list of staff that need MADRAC’s identity card and print the ID Cards.
• Assist the HR unit Head in organizing internal and external trainings for MADRAC staff.
• Complete the assignments within the deadline and prepare the reports whenever needed and asked.
• Assist the HR Head in his daily work particularly in recruitment of staff and performance appraisals
• Attend the meetings and interviews in the absence of HR Unit Head.
• Coordinate with other units, departments and branches in any HR related issues.
• Any other task assigned by the supervisor.
Educational qualification required: At least baccalaureate.
Necessary Experience: 2 year overall experience out of one year in HR.
Other Qualifications an advantage: Good computer and internet knowledge plus technical and communication skills.
Languages needed: Dari, Pashto and English.
Personal qualifications necessary: Punctual, hardworking, honest and initiative.
