MADRAC is a microfinance institution which was established in June 2005 by DACAAR with financial support from MISFA, providing financial services to the poor and vulnerable families. Having its head office in Kabul, it is operating in 19 districts of 8 provinces (Kabul, Logar, Kapisa, Parwan, Herat, Balkh, Nangarhar and Laghman) through its 13 branches. It has about 15, 696 clients as of May 2010.
Assist the HR Head in his daily work particularly in recruitment of staff, performance appraisals and maintaining HR database.
Duties & Responsibilities:
â€¢ Manage the filing system of HR unit in a proper manner.
â€¢ Check the attendance sheets and leave applications of Head Office, Branches and Regional Offices, update the leave records and properly file them.
â€¢ Announce the vacancies and receive applications, follow up with short listing and precede the recruitment.
â€¢ Receive the selected candidate(s) all relevant documents required by the Human Resources Unit for preparation and issuance of employment contract.
â€¢ Update the Human Resource database and personnel files accordingly.
â€¢ Prepare list of staff that need MADRACâ€™s identity card and print the ID Cards.
â€¢ Assist the HR unit Head in organizing internal and external trainings for MADRAC staff.
â€¢ Complete the assignments within the deadline and prepare the reports whenever needed and asked.
â€¢ Assist the HR Head in his daily work particularly in recruitment of staff and performance appraisals
â€¢ Attend the meetings and interviews in the absence of HR Unit Head.
â€¢ Coordinate with other units, departments and branches in any HR related issues.
â€¢ Any other task assigned by the supervisor.
Educational qualification required: At least baccalaureate.
Necessary Experience: 2 year overall experience out of one year in HR.
Other Qualifications an advantage: Good computer and internet knowledge plus technical and communication skills.
Languages needed: Dari, Pashto and English.
Personal qualifications necessary: Punctual, hardworking, honest and initiative.
