Action Against Hunger(AAH) is a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) that was created in France in 1979. AAH has been active in Afghanistan in the medical, nutrition, food security, water and sanitation and Mental Health fields since 1995.
Develop and update job descriptions with coordination of technical department and job
Screen candidates resumes and job applications Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
Objective 1:
· Develop and update job descriptions with coordination of technical department and job specifications
· Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
· Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/ websites like ACBAR.ORG, JOBS.AF
· Screen candidates resumes and job applications
· Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
· Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, and experience
· Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
· Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
· Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team and departments
· Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
· Promote AAH’s reputation as “best place to work”
· Collect Timesheets in a monthly manner and transfer them to the Coordination
Objective 2:
· Keep Personnel files update
· Providing the personnel files document to Audit during the auditing
· Report any issue raise in Personnel files to HRDHoD
· Contact with the employees when missed any document from personnel files
· Establish a database of personnel Files to include qualification performance etc
Objective3:
· Track employees’ Appraisal Interview sending notification to their supervisors/Department
· Prepare the appraisal plan for the base
at least Bachelor degree with 2 years experiences
· Fluency in English language both spoken and written
· Fluency in local language, Pashto and Dari (spoken & written)
· Advanced Computer Skills (MS. Word, Ms. Excel, outlook)
· Good skills in reporting
· Good organizational skills
· Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with team members
