Job Summary:

PROGRAM/DEPARTMENT SUMMARY:

 

Propose of internship is to train and familiarize the youth to work in official environment and they build their confidence level.

HR- Inter will work within the Human Resources Department structure, committed to gain job / scope of work related trainings. Committed to enhance his/her required skills and competences to meet the criteria of Afghan Labor Market and meet the requirement of open positions within Government, National, International NGOs and private sector.    

 

[Describe overview of job missioGENERAL POSITION SUMMARY:

 

The intern must commit to complete the six months of Internship in order to learn the basic skills and tools used in the department. The interns will attend all available trainings offered during the internship.

  • After the completion of the six months period the intern must have required skills meet the criteria’s of job market,
  • Intern will be able to be self sufficient,
  • Intern will have the capacity to seek job and be qualified for it,

  

Duties & Responsibilities:

§ Be oriented to MCA rules, regulations, Human Resource polices, safety and security measurement protocols and organizational structure,

§ Receive training on the mechanics of personnel and job filling systems in accordance to HR, Policy,

§ Become familiar with the basic office packages that required for day to day HR practice and data management, 

§ Receive training on new hire documents management, CVs/ applications receiving, downloading, recording and managing,

§ Receive training on communication methods and techniques for interviews or test,

§ Trains on interview panel management and keeping confidential discussion/ information regarding new staffing,

§ Trains on new hire data entry into HRMIS,

§ Trains on staff monthly payroll sheet,

§ Trains on Human Resources Management main concepts and theoretical background information.

§ Other duties and tasks assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • Intern must be University, 14th Grade of semi higher education institutes or at least 12th Grade graduates, 
  • The candidate must know English Language at level to solve day to day conversational problems and fluently in Dari or Pashto,
  • Basic Computer Skills in office packages (Word, Excel, Power Point & etc).
  • Full commitment for the period of internship follow up all MCA rules, regulations and working environment protocols.
