Job Summary:


Duties & Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain personnel files for EUPOL national staff, briefing of newcomers of health insurance scheme and procedures

• Establish an effective communication system to keep the site team informed and maintain relationship with Insurance Company and local health facilities

• Liaise and coordinate with other EUPOL Mission departments for all the administrative issues related to insurance contract scheme (including illness certificate or claims expenses)

• Assist in preparation of personnel database , be responsible of filing and reporting system including process information related starting and ending date of national staff

• Initiate and generate technical instructions, claims notes and all the info related to the national employees

• Insure flow of information with high level of communication, negotiation and excellent ability of listening

• Dealing with queries, responding to complaints resolving concerns

• Dealing with confidential information in a discrete manner working meticulously having eyes for details

• Able to organise and structure your task as proactive and flexible person

• Translation and additional administrative issues might be required

Job Requirement:

• University Degree in HR management, Business Administration
• Minimum of 3 years working experience with international Organisations, UN or NGO’s
• Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English, able to answer on telephone and speak to callers in different languages providing translation of documents (Dari, Urdu and Pashtu)
• Good understanding of rules and Regulations
• Excellent computer skills in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Power Point, Access)
• Excellent spoken and written command of English language essential
• Absolute discretion and trustworthiness
• Ability to establish and to maintain effective working relationships as a team member
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
