Job Summary

HR Management specialist a Ghani Consultancy Position

Duties & Responsibilities

•         Evaluate and develop all HR policies and procedures;

•         Identify the  company’s  staffing  and  hiring needs and develop an appropriate recruitment process;

•         Design  effective  training  and  development plans;

•   Develop health and life insurance programs;

•   Develop performance review procedures and

KPIs;

•   Support in providing the on-the-job trainings for DABS personnel involved;

•   Assist other team members as required.

Job Requirements

Degree in Human Resource Development or equivalent.

5 years of professional experience, of which 3 years in energy sector/utility.

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Development or equivalent
