Job Summary

Manage the database/filing system, precede the recruitment and cooperate with HR Unit Head in any HR related activities.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage the filing system of HR unit in a proper manner.
• Check the attendance sheets and leave applications of Head Office, Branches and Regional Offices, update the leave records and properly file them.
• Advertise vacancies (including liaison with advertising sources) in accordance with recruitment procedures and deal promptly with all recruitment-related correspondence.
• Coordinate receiving, screening and processing applications according to approved criteria and in arranging interviews.
• Update the Human Resource database and personnel files regularly.
• Verify that new staff have completed and submitted all employment paperwork before issuing the contract.
• Arrange meetings and record and produce the minutes in an agreed format.
• Provide support in annual staff performance appraisal according to procedures and policies.
• Verify that all local staff obtains Tax Identification Numbers (TIN) from the ministry of finance.
• Maintain staff development records / database and assist HR Unit Head to implement staff development plans.
• Provide support in organizing and conducting trainings internally or externally.
• Attend the meetings and interviews in the absence of HR Unit Head or whenever asked.
• Coordinate with other units, departments and branches in any HR related issues.
• Any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

Educational qualification required: Diploma or Bachelor related to the field.
Necessary Experience: 2-4 years overall experience out of which two year experience in HR is necessary.
Other Qualifications an advantage: Excellent computer and technical, writing and communication skills.
Languages needed: Dari, Pashto and English.
Personal qualifications necessary: Punctual, hardworking, honest and initiative.
