Duties & Responsibilities:

The HR Officer will report to Head of HR Department. The responsibilities of HR Officer are vast and may fall within many different categories. These can include payroll, hiring staff, staff development and training, compensation and benefits, establishing policies and procedures and ensuring laws, rules and regulations are enforced.
Job Duties
Specific job duties for HR Officer typically include recruiting staff, working with recruitment agencies, conducting interviews, extending employment offers and ensuring equal employment opportunity in hiring practices. Once an employee is hired, the HR department usually provides an orientation session and offers professional development training opportunities throughout the employee’s tenure.
HR Officer is responsible for collecting the salary reports from 74 Branches and arranging payroll in HRIS system and manual in Excell sheets monthly.

HR Officer act an employee advocate, setting goals, providing training opportunities and overseeing performance reviews. Should a conflict arise between staff members, HR Officer will listen to grievances, investigate the situation and help resolve the issue.
HR managers also maintain employee benefit programs, keep employee records, establish and implement policies and procedures and ensure legal compliance.
Plan, develop and implement strategy for HR management and development (including recruitment and selection policy/practices, discipline, grievance, counseling, pay and conditions, contracts, training and development, succession planning, moral and motivation, culture and attitude development.
Support HR Head to coordinate and manage appraisal model, including support and advise to line managers to conduct performance appraisals, filing and managing performance appraisal outputs, provide advice on recommendations on rewards, disciplinary actions. Collecting the appraisal forms and updating the database.

Establish and maintain appropriate systems for measuring necessary aspects of HR development
Monitor, measure and report on HR issues, opportunities and development plans and achievement within agreed formats and timescales
Manage and develop direct reporting staff.
Manage and control departmental expenditure within agreed budgets.
Liaise with other functional / departmental head so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs of HR development, and to ensure they are fully informed of HR objectives, purpose and achievements.
Maintain awareness and knowledge of latest HR development theory and methods and provide suitable interpretation to Head of HRD, managers and staff within the Bank.
Contribute to the evaluation and development of HR strategy and performance in co-operation with the executive team.
Ensure activities meet with and integrate with Bank requirement for quality management, health and safety, legal requirement, environmental policies and general duty of care.
Audit and authenticate all documents related to legal, salary statements and distribution, policies etc.
Develop and Maintain healthy relation with Govt. and Non Govt.
Assist Head of HRD to Plan for employee’s performance appraisal; develop tools for appraisal, job evaluation and development.
Plan and direct for Training of employee including senior managers, maintain contact with outside resources for training.
