HR/ payroll officer will work closely with regional offices with close coordination of Finance Department to look for over all monthly payrolls of all HEIK central and field offices.
Duties & Responsibilities:
â€¢ Recording all contracted employees information into the database after recruitment process.
â€¢ Maintenance of information and sharing information with regional offices.
â€¢ Check each individual financial charging code with finance department for monthly payroll purpose.
â€¢ On daily bases checking any new recruitment or employees contract expired.
â€¢ Calculate staffs bonuses, transportation and any other relevant issues in order to prepare proper monthly payroll.
â€¢ Collect monthly payroll form sheets from field offices revise them with HR for final verification on 28th of each month.
â€¢ Revise monthly timesheets with HR to ensure the employees working days and hours.
â€¢ Collecting absent cases and reporting the cases to the managers.
â€¢ Submit final payroll to HR for final revision and submit it to finance department on 30th of each month.
â€¢ Develop and maintain payroll database in order to work properly,
â€¢ Follow up HEIK salary scale
â€¢ Update with any HR and finance policy changes.
â€¢ Coordinate between HR and finance in payroll relevant issues.
â€¢ Inform all HEIK staff that their salaries are transferred to their bank accounts on first of each new month.
â€¢ BA Economic, BBA, DBA special courses in Finance or Management. Good in mathematics.
