Human Resource Sales Executives will work under the supervision of the Sales and Marketing Manager to develop new Human Resource products and introduce them to the market.
Duties & Responsibilities:
â€¢ Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and emails.
â€¢ Visiting potential customers for new business.
â€¢ Making accurate, rapid cost calculations, and providing customers with quotations.
â€¢ Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
â€¢ Gathering market and customer information and providing feedback on future buying trends.
â€¢ Representing your NETLINKS at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations.
â€¢ Negotiating variations in price, delivery and specifications with NETLINKS's managers.
â€¢ Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions.
â€¢ Identifying new markets and business opportunities.
â€¢ Recording sales and order information and sending copies to the sales office.
â€¢ Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
â€¢ University Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or related fields
â€¢ Experience in sales and Human Resources. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
â€¢ Must be fluent in English, Pashto and Dari
â€¢ Must be excellent in communication, negotiation and analytical skills.
