Scope f Work: The Human Resources Officer is a Long-Term position, the HR Officer will provide the necessary support to the Human Resources unit and as well the Specific projects . Under the direct supervision of the HR Manager/Director of HR the HR Officer will perform the following activities:
Duties & Responsibilities:
â€¢ Assure enough resources for recruitment.
â€¢ Prepare contracts, maintain employees Personal Data.
â€¢ Printing and filing of applications received for different positions.
â€¢ Maintaining files at different stages of recruitment process.
â€¢ Informing candidates for written exam and interviews through email and telephone.
â€¢ Providing support to HR Manager in preparation of Payroll.
â€¢ Entering data from different forms related to the employees in to the HRM Access Database.
â€¢ Providing support to HR unit in preparing personnel files.
â€¢ Notify applicants of results of selection process and prepare job offers.
â€¢ Check references and suitability of applicants before making the offer.
â€¢ Advise job applicants of the success of failure of their applications.
â€¢ Support Human Resources Manager in performance appraisal of employees.
â€¢ Advertising the job vacancies through different sources.
â€¢ Record leave and staff changes
â€¢ Any other activity assigned by the supervisor.

5. Professionalism in appearance and demeanour;
â€¢ High School graduate; bachelors degree preferable.
â€¢ Minimum 2-3 years in Human Resource Management.
â€¢ Must have access to Ms. Office Programs. Include Ms. Access
â€¢ Must have strong knowledge of English language verbal
