Job Summary:

- Is responsible for announcement of vacancies after determined by the departments.
- Overseeing the recruitment process.
- Overseeing and updating of staff personnel files and report of that to the line manager or doners.
- Properly maintenance of staff daily attendance.
- Following up preparing of timesheets to the finance officer for the payroll.
- Preparing and updating job descriptions.
- trainings for operations/ program staff on HR issues
- Providing full orientation and induction for the new employee who joined PAN.
- Developing performance appraisal form and determine training need assessment of the PAN staff.
- Maintain a confidential filling system of all ACC staff personal files.
- Properly following up probationary period of the staff and performance appraisal of those staff under probationary after the period ends.
- To develop HR manual and handbook.
- To develop an Human Resources Information System and enter all the information of the staff to that system.
- To establish a system to determine staff training and development.
- Any other related tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirement:

- Minimum Bachelor degree in Business administration, public administration or HR.
- At least two years of working experience in the field of HR and administration.
- Other qualifications’ an advantage: Good computer and communication skills.
- Experience and a strong interest in working with people in the community.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent language skills of Dari, Pashto and English.
- Ability to work under pressure and for long hours.
