About Criminal Justice Task Force (CJTF):
The Human Resources officer will assist the Director of Administration in management of Human Resources activities in CJTF/CNT. S/he would provide necessary Administrative Services to the Director of Administration.
â€¢ Provide support and technical assistance to CJTF/CNT HR Section, Director of Administration and other stakeholders.
â€¢ Liaise and work closely with heads of CJTF; including CJTF consultants or mentors in all personnel issues.
â€¢ Check and record staff day to day attendance for preparation of monthly payroll.

Duties & Responsibilities:
â€¢ Assist in recruitment of staff; including but not limited to preparation of advertisements, listing applications, scheduling interviews and contacting the candidates.
â€¢ Prepare job descriptions and letters of appointment.
â€¢ Advice and counsel employees about staffing policies and procedures.
â€¢ Administer payroll and maintain records related to staff.
â€¢ Plan and deliver trainings and briefings for new staff members.
â€¢ Give out, collecting back and review of staff performance evaluation forms.
â€¢ Maintain leave and attendance records for CJTF staff.
â€¢ Maintain and update CJTF HR database and personal files.
â€¢ Maintain and record CJTF staff leave and absence.
â€¢ Prepare staff payrolls to be approved by the Director of Administration.
â€¢ Provide Administrative assistance to the Director of Administration.
â€¢ Any other tasks given by his/ her supervisor.
â€¢ The position reports directly to the CJTF Administration Director.
Education: Graduation from secondary (high school) and Diploma in Business Administration is required.
Experience: At least one year of HR/Management experience with National or International organizations or Afghan Government is required.
Knowledge: Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills. Should have good knowledge of MS Office Package.
Language skills: The successful applicant will be fluent in spoken and written Dari, Pashto and English.
Skills and abilities: Should be able to communicate well in a professional working environment and must be able to organize his/her daily tasks properly.
