Under the direct supervision of Head of Human Resources Dept the HR Officer will be responsible for assisting with recruitment, hiring process, personal files, contract management, leave maintenance, employee relation and administrative procedures/issues.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1.Assess level of positions, determine offer letters and manages benefits/entitlements for staff.
2.Process, execute and prepares employment contracts and report their expiry notice.
3.Supervise HR Junior Officer in the absence of departmentâ€™s head.
4.Develop, maintains personal files for new recruited staff and responsible for all administrative filling system.
5.Processes and follow up on personal grantee letters, persona history form, performance evaluation and etc.
6.Take in briefing with new employees in regard to bankâ€™s rules and regulations, responsibilities and authorities, benefits/allowances and introduction to staff.
7.Maintain proper and confidential filling system.
8.Draft correspondents for HR related issues and maintain confidentiality.
9.Meet deadlines and proved efficient and effective help/service to Management and all staff.
10.Assist in effective/transparent recruitment and hiring procedure, prepare job description, vacancy announcements and arrangements of interviews.
11.Perform other duties as assigned by Head of Department.
High School Graduated.
6-12 months experience in relevant field.
good communciation skill(verball and written).
accurate, detailed oreinted and confidential.
sound knowledge of office administration.
good knowledge of computer (office package).
experience of maintaining general office equipment (i.e computer, photocopiers, etc).
fluent in communicating Dari, english.
