Job Summary

Based in the Kabul, the incumbent will be in charge of managing the monthly payroll, recruitments of OXUS Afghanistan. He will be reporting to the Human Resources Manager of OXUS Afghanistan.

Duties & Responsibilities

•Post vacancy announcement internally and externally on the relevant supports;
•Analyses resumes and cover letters and short-lists applications when requested;
•Initiate interviews and conducts them with the management and the relevant technical staff;
•Assess the candidate’s performance and gives his opinion on the person to be recruited;
•Running reference check for all employees;
•Prepare contract and contract amendment for all national employees;
•Prepare and fill all HR forms for all new employees.
•Issue ToR for all national employees;
•Control and prepare monthly payroll;
•Follow up of all missions, vocations leave request.
•Maintain staff benefits and compensations, and other related issues;
•Create and update all data concerning national staffs in the QuickBooks;
•Prepare Recommendation and work certificate;
•Maintain Personnel folder for all Nation and International employees;
•Maintain to take all meeting minutes;
•Arrange all internal and external meetings;
•Provide SIM Card for all national and international employees;
•Monitor and update the filling system on the daily and monthly basis;
•Maintaining and updating of directories;
•Prepare Exit form for all leaving employees;
•Maintain to update the HR follow ups.

c)Mission Leave Follow up;
d)Personnel Folder Follow up.

Job Requirements

•Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field is desirable. This may be substituted for by experience and demonstrated personal facilitation qualities.
•Experience: At least 1 year directly relevant experience.
•Languages: Fluency in Dari and English is required.Advanced computer skills;
•Fluency in English and Dari with strong written and verbal communication skills in both language;
