The Training consultant will generally research, investigate and report on matter relevant to HRM as directed by the International Consultant. He/she will assist in the training and development of National Trainers, supports the scheduling, organizing and implementation of training program.
He/she will provide interpretation and interpretation services, take notes of the meetings to assist the international consultant as/when required, and liaise with Government Ministries/Agencies on details of the training programs.
Reporting/Output:
The Training Consultant shall report and submit regular monthly reports to International Training Consultant.
Principal Activity:
• Promote the HRM and organizational development initiatives of the IARCSC.
• Negotiate with client groups to engage key stakeholders, promote the training program and to establish training delivery and program assessment schedules.
• Facilitate the delivery of the training program to achieve contractual requirements.
• Cooperate with international counterparts in the management of the training program and conduct the training needs assessment
• Manage maintenance of audit compliant training records.
• Research, investigate and report on matters relevant to HRM as directed by the International Consultant.
• Support the scheduling, organization, implementation, evaluation, review and continual improvement of the training program
• Support the monitoring and evaluation of HRM training delivery including management of training reports
• Provide interpretation services; take notes of meetings and discussions to assist the international consultant as required.
• Provide translation service of documents, reports and other written material in an accurate and timely way to assist the international consultant.
Minimum Requirements:
ï‚§ A Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management, Public/Business Administration , Public Policy or related with similar 4 years working experience and knowledge of at least one of the main functions of HRM which may included appointments, grievances and appeals, performance appraisals, job analysis, discipline, entitlements of service (in Afghanistan), terminations, OJT and training or others.
ï‚§ Master degree in above mentioned fields is preferred.
ï‚§ Fluent in English and Dari and Pashto (Oral and written)
 Good Computer skills – MS-Office
