DAI, a private company, seeks candidates for ongoing multi-year humanitarian assistance initiatives in Afghanistan. Our programs create jobs, enhance value chains, and support businesses to improve the livelihoods of Afghan citizens in a variety of traditional industries and services including carpet production, light manufacturing, food processing, agriculture/agribusiness development, livestock development, and training. We support private businesses, farming communities, and individuals who need to learn job skills and trade production improvement techniques.
The Implementation Coordinator will assist the Senior Implementation Managers to oversee and support the implementation of ACEBA’s grants and activities.
Oversee and coordinate the implementation of grants and activities with regional offices
Ensure grant milestones are achieved according to contracted deadlines
Prepare milestone payment packages
Ensure project implementation processes run smoothly
Enter data into TAMIS, as needed
Provide support in the preparation of relevant grant application documents
Handle day-to-day coordination and administration of project implementation records and reporting
Travel to Regional Export Accelerators to provide needs support with the development and implementation of grants/activities
Coordinate with Senior Implementation Managers actions and tasks needed for smooth implementation of project grants and activities
Other responsibilities as required

NTA Grade Qualifications
Grade D: Bachelor’s degree with at least 4 years of relevant experience or 7 years overall experience.
QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to implement project’s operational plans
Previous experience with USAID-funded projects in Afghanistan is preferred.
Experience with other donor-funded projects beneficial
Previous experience with the donor-funded project in implementing grants is preferred.
Fluency in English is required. Fluency in Dari and/or Pashto is preferred.
Reporting:
The Implementation Coordinator will be based in the ACEBA Main Office in Kabul and will report to the Implementation Support Services Director.
