افغان تیلی کام در 13 ستامبر سال 2005 میلادی به حیث یک شرکت مکمل مخابراتی عرض وجود نمود. شرکت افغان تیلی کام در بدو تأسیس به یگانه شرکت که خدمات موبائیل GSM/3G سلام ، خدمات فایبرنوری ، خدمات تلیفون های دیجیتال لیندار، خدمات انترنیت DSL ، خدمات انترنت وایکمس ، خدمات انترنت Dial Up و خدمات VCN را در سطح کشور تهیه میدارد مبدل ګردیده است. علاوه برین، افغان تیلی کام یگانه شرکت مخابراتی است که شبکه مخابراتی تمامی دوایر دولتی بشمول تمام وزارت خانه ها و سایر دفاتر دولتی را تهیه میدارد که شامل خدمات مخابرۀ صوتی، انترنت و سهولت ویدو کانفرانس برای این دوایر میباشد و فعالیت مخابراتی شرکت افغان تیلی کام نیز از جانب وزارت مخابرات دولت جمهوری اسلامی افغانستان تصویب گردیده است. افغان تیلی کام 155 شهر های کوچک و بزرگ و 34 ولایت کشور را تحت پوشش قرار داده و به زودی تمامی 355 ولسوالی های کشور را نیز تحت پوشش قرارخواهد داد.

Job Summary

The incumbent should have proper knowledge of IN/CRM operations, he should have creative mind and should have ability to carrying out day-to-day and periodic operations to support the business requirements, having the ability to work under tough and short time situations (if needed sometimes), having experience of using multiple technologies under same platform, ability to sync, read, update, and delete data from single source to many databases and servers and provide proper timely & weekly reports to direct managers.


Duties & Responsibilities

·      Develop quarterly, Semi-annual and Annual Plan in compliance with the organizational plan.

·      Provide support to customer care for CRM related issues and perform daily operations.

·      Perform CRM Infrastructure/Administration related tasks.

·      Evaluate change requests raised by business and provide feedback.

·      Manage vendors on board and oversee inter-departmental communication to understand user requirements & develop solutions accordingly.

·      Evaluate new projects and provide feedback to other department.

·      Perform end-to-end UAT and deployment in production.

·      Prepare SOPs for new functionality.

·      Integration & Interfacing Support of CRM with other systems.

·      Work with vendors to develop detailed Migration & Testing plans including data mapping - Understanding the existing functional data models & performing data analysis & mapping to ensure error free migrations. Preparing acceptance testing in coordination with all relevant stakeholders & ensuring that testing is carried out thoroughly.

·      Translation of Business & Functional Requirements into Technical requirements -Ensuring that business needs in the form of features / products as well as business processes are met with the proposed solution architecture & integration strategy.

·      Operation and maintenance, Monitoring of all IN entities ((i.e. Unified, Share@Once, PCS, PayMobile, MPOS, SAAM, @COM, BnR servers, SMSC..) and some VAS related platforms.

·      Knowledge of IP, DIAMETER, SINAP, CAP02/CAP03, PPI, SIGTRAN, SOAP, Unix, Linux, Oracle, SQL, and Hadoop.

·      Signaling link (SS7) monitor and administration.

·      IVR configuration and modification of the existing configuration.

·      Tariff management and make changes in the system to introduce new services or enhance existing services.

·      Various signaling messages (INAP, TCAP, SCCP, Diameter) analysis and troubleshoot billing issues.

·      Contribute to ATPs/UATs, and regression testing to verify and launch IN services.

·      Perform daily system checks, resolve/fix the major issues, and report critical/major issues to higher management.

·      Performance analysis and monitoring.

·      Implement various patches supplied by the vendor.

·      Generate performance reports like BHCA, ASR, CPU, storage, and memory utilization.

·      Linux/UNIX and windows server maintenance (hardware and software) and upgrade.

·      Develop shell scripts and automate schedule jobs.

·      Oracle server maintenance and make changes in the database if required.

·      Various data analyses as required by other departments.

·      Backup and restore of the system. Day-to-day operational activities.

·      Perform any other task assigned by the Line manager.


Job Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technologies or related field, (Masters Preferred).

Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience working in same positions as IT application engineer, software development.

·      APIs like Rest and SOAP and related technologies

·      Oracle Database & PLSQL Developer or toad etc

·      Linux, UNIX operating system

·      Server scripting and shell programing

·      System logging design and implementation

·      Database normalization to 3NF level is required

·      Authentication and authorization is required

Skills Required:

·      Background knowledge about information systems, computer engineering and prefer telecom.

·      Knowledge about: Database management, Networking, Server, virtualization, NET, JAVA programming.

·      Understand the business of BCCS, ERP, IPCC, VAS, BILLING applications.
