To gain market share and increase indirect sales channels in an assigned geographical region by managing partners/market/ portfolio, initiating and maintaining commercial relationships, offering added value services in line with budget, sales strategy and brand values.
Duties & Responsibilities:
â€¢ To manage indirect sales channels in an assigned region to achieve sales
â€¢ Drawing up a sales plan for a particular region; giving input on product allocation based on feasibility enquiries and geo-marketing; monitoring local market developments and opportunities.
â€¢ Identifying new partners; screening their sales potential in line with commercial channel roll-out in order to maintain balanced distribution channels.
â€¢ Visiting partners, winning them over to EA products and services and working to become a trusted partner.
â€¢ Giving added value in customer service; clarifying and translating the vision and brand values.
â€¢ Negotiating visibility of outlets, sales actions, incentives and bonus.
â€¢ Developing sales campaigns together with partners; giving means and resources for co-advertising; evaluating ROI.
â€¢ Fostering partnerâ€™s knowledge of EA products and services...
â€¢ Responding to requests and needs of partners
â€¢ Being interface between partners and EA in the support for trade marketing, logistics, order management.
â€¢ Ensuring balanced channels and preventing conflicts in this respect.
â€¢ Ensuring responsible business practices, pre-empting cases of dishonesty in sales channels.
â€¢ Managing budget, monitoring performance indicators and measurements (Sales Acquisition Costs-SAC).
â€¢ To report on results and to advise in sales strategy, objectives and productivity,
â€¢ Analyzing and reporting on partnerâ€™s activities and performance indicators.
â€¢ Preparing and submitting several status reports, highlighting trends, general areas of interest and concerns.
â€¢ Giving feedback and advising his Manager on ways to improve approach to accounts, on local market development, on customer needs in value added services.
â€¢ Facilitating good consultation and communication within the sales department and with other departments
University degree in economics, business or telecommunications.
At least 3 years sales management experience in the service industry.
â€¢ Successful track record in selling telecommunication services or IT (Information Technology) products through indirect sales channels
Managerial experience (Indirect Sales Manager/Distribution Manager for at least 2 years).
