Job Summary

Administration

Duties & Responsibilities

3.1 Preparation of inventory List of Head office, branches and field offices
3.2 Tagging/labeling of all Assets
3.3 Monthly Updating of Inventory list of Head office, branches and field
3.4 Regular check up of Stock
3.5 Regular inspection of branches and reporting incase of theft, loss and damage
3.6 Proper documentation of Asset purchase files
3.7 Evaluation of necessity of asset purchasing request
3.8 Ensuring of proper entry and existence of asset from stock
3.9 Contacting field offices to send their update inventory lists
4 Maintenance of Assets and office other equipments
4.1 Supervision of stock entries and registration of new assets and equipments
4.2 Provision of cost-effective and comprehensive administrative support the office by
ensuring a proper and gerneral upkeep and maintenance of all Assets
4.3 Monitoring quality and economic use of office supplies and maintenance of adequate stock

Job Requirements


Bachelor Degree in Management
Administration Courses
Computer Litrate (MS Office)
at least 3 years experience in Administration
