Giganor ISP is looking for expert ISP Technical Support Engineer. As the applicant show highly performance and qualification in the selection process, he can be selected as ISP Technical Team Leader.
Requires travel to provinces:
Designing stable and reliable Wireless network.
Provide professional network topology and diagram for stable internet service.
Establish Wireless network with UBNT,MIKROTIK products.
Installation and configuration PTP & PTM UBNT Mikrotik infrastructure of the wireless and their complex connectivity and redundancy connectivity between all base stations with big capacity of bandwidth stable connectivity between all base stations.
Provide Wireless connectivity with 100 % SLA for all customers.
Should know all UBNT devices installation, configuration, and Air Fiber Rocket dish Sectors and directional sectors.
Should know all the Mikrotik products Wireless base stations base box with antenna router board 1100 and CCR cloud router 1036 their installation configuration for deferent requirements filtering bandwidth controller failover load balancer redundancy hotspots wireless DHCP BGP
Should be well professional in the Hotspots infrastructure and the Radius authentication .
Expert level knowledge of CISCO hierarchical campus design.
Expert level knowledge of optimization of EIGRP.
Expert level knowledge of optimization of BGP.
Expert level knowledge of IP V4 ( and their subnetting )IPV6.
Professional level knowledge of UBNT devices PTP&PTM;
Professional level knowledge of Mikrotik products.
Professional level knowledge of Microsoft Servers.
Professional level knowledge of Microsoft Servers installation, configuration and maintenance
Enough knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange Servers installation, configurations and
Ensure network connectivity throughout a MOD's LAN/WAN infrastructure.
Install and support LAN/WANs, network segments, Internet, and intranet systems.
Configure and setup Cisco Firewals, VPN Concentrators and Security appliances for access to
vital business applications.
Maintain network security through proper configuration of VPN and Firewalls.
Design, setup and configure complex wireless networking.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for troubleshooting and supporting all Giganor LAN WAN network & users devices.
Responsible for installing and configuring new base station support technical team in field.
Responsible for supporting Wireless internal and external customers.
Responsible for supporting Customer care technical team technical problems.
Installation, configuration & deployment of all network and customer wireless equipment.
Responsible for preparation of network diagram planning and graph to customers.
Managing stocks of equipment, consumables and other technical team works.
Responsible for providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
Responsible for network troubleshooting, support technical team solve technical issues.
Support technical team arrange team for installation troubleshooting manage professional team.
Job Location:Afghanistan, Kabul
A bachelor degree in IT/ BCS Honor is required.
Excellent verbal & written communication skills & customer relation skills.
Extremely customer service oriented.
Minimum of 2 or 3 Years of professional experience as a IT field with ISP companies.
Capable of utilizing hand tolls and test equipment o perform work.
Ability to work independently and resourceful with god imitative and discipline.
Willing to work nights & weekends when necessary.
Should have a pleasant personality
