Job Summary

• Establish and support the ACEP program server, software, computers and overall information technology (IT) needs and recommend the appropriate weekly and/or monthly maintenance and update requirements
• Regular maintenance of the ACEP program server and information technology needs
• Back up program server as needed
• Update virus software on a regular basis and update all other software and ensure compatibility
• Regular maintenance of computers and server to include updating software, cleaning of viruses, defragmenting, back up each PC and server on DVD
• Manage VPN Server
• Manager Network equipment
• Maintain firewall, LAN, wireless LAN and make sure it is properly functioning
• Reinstall/update programs and software as needed
• Setting up all project computers with appropriate software

Duties & Responsibilities

Establish and support the ACEP program server, software, computers and overall information technology (IT) needs and recommend the appropriate weekly and/or monthly maintenance and update requirements

Regular maintenance of the ACEP program server and information technology needs

Back up program server as needed

Update virus software on a regular basis and update all other software and ensure compatibility

Regular maintenance of computers and server to include updating software, cleaning of viruses, defragmenting, back up each PC and server on DVD

Manage VPN Server

Manager Network equipment

Maintain firewall, LAN, wireless LAN and make sure it is properly functioning

Reinstall/update programs and software as needed

Setting up all project computers with appropriate software

and tools needed for internet connectivity and printing

Maintain PCs (including hardware and software), printers, faxes, projectors and scanners

Manage the general computer and supplies inventory ensuring the adequate stock of parts and supplies computers, printers, laptops, and etc.

Work with project home office in the US on any required reporting or local needs or requirements

Work with local program staff on day to day IT needs and troubleshooting

Job Requirements

• Degree in information technology
• 5 years of experience in the field of information technology
• English speaker
• Willing to work under pressure
• Team worker
• Flexible schedule
