•S/he will assist the staff by demonstrating the proper use of the equipment and how to use the hardware and software to finish assignments.
•If any system or technical problems arise, the IT Supervisor will be called to provide assistance such a clearing paper jams in printers and copiers, refilling ink toners and supplying paper.
•S/he will be responsible for the cleanliness of the IT equipment to ensure safety and proper working conditions for the users and proper maintenance of the computers.
•Provide technical support for wireless devices, printers, scanners, copy machines, etc. Configure a fire wall on the network servers to support the flowing services directory, DHCP, DNS, Antivirus, and Print Server.
•Support and make sure all the computers on the network are virus free and Manage user email account
• Restore a server or client files from a backup.
•Solve of IT Section problem in Office.
•Create close relations and working environment with other relevant data or network system
•Install and perform minor repairs to hardware, software, and peripheral equipment, following design r installation specifications.
•Set up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cable, operating systems, and appropriate software.
•Read technical manuals, confer with users, and conduct computer diagnostics to investigate and resolve problems and to provide technical assistance and support.
•Develop training materials and procedures, and/or train users in the proper use of hardware and software.
•Inspect equipment and read order sheets to prepare for delivery to users.
Answer users' inquiries regarding computer software and hardware operation to resolve problems.
•Enter commands and observe system functioning to verify correct operations and detect errors.
Assist logistics department to purchase the right equipment for IT.
•Sending weekly or monthly report to IT Manager
•Any other duties assigned by supervisor.
•Degree in computer sciences or equivalent of 3 years experience in relevant field
Certification or knowledge,
•A+ Hardware
•MCSE 2003
•Strong troubleshooting abilities, especially in networking, MS Applications and MS Operating Systems Proficiency in written and spoken English, Fluency in Dari , Pashtu languages.
