Job Summary:

The IT/Web Manager reports directly to the project’s Director of Administration and Finance. He will support all IT related functions required by the project including designing and maintaining the project office’s IT networking, designing and maintaining the project’s website, and supporting the HOO in database and web-based applications.

Duties & Responsibilities:

The IT Manager shall:
1.Coordinate, manage and supervise the implementation of information technology solutions, information systems, data bases and websites for the Project;
2.Design and maintain the project office’s IT network;
3.Support the HOO in developing databases and web-based applications;
4.Coordinate and supervise the team in charge of identifying and evaluating technical needs regarding information systems;

Job Requirement:

-A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in information technology studies
-At least 5 years of experience implementing IT solutions, including networking, data bases and websites
-Prior work on donor-supported projects
