Job Summary

Assistant Business Operations Manager supports the sections leads in day to day management of the section by assigning and monitor the activities of the sections team members 

Duties & Responsibilities

 Oversee the quality of the work of Sales Representatives and the liaison staff of the section

 Taking active role in day to day management of the section such as assigning and directing the activities

 Monitors the sections staff members performance and reporting it to the sections leads

 Oversee the filings of the section

 Keep and regular updating the Sales trackers

 Attend the business meetings both within the firm and outside the firm

 Maintain healthy relationship with the related government agencies such as ATRA/MCIT

 Maintain healthy relationship with the sections customers

 Other duties as assigned by the line manager

Job Requirements

University degree preferably in Business Administration

Minimum 3-5 relevant experience

 Business Sense

 Great knowledge of English language; as well as local languages (Especially Technical Writing)

 Professional behaviour and attitude

 Knowledge of Telecom and ISP industry 

 Passion, integrity, mission driven, and self-motivated
