بر اساس تخمین سازمان صحی جهان، هر سال نزدیک به ۲۰۰۰۰ افغان به انواع مختلف سرطان مبتلا میګردند در حالیکه بیش از۱۵۰۰۰شخص هر سال می میرند. شایع ترین انواع سرطان در افغانستان عبارت اند از سرطان ثدیه، مری، معده، لب/ دهن، عنق رحم و ریه .

وزارت صحت عامه به ارائه خدمات صحی و معالجوی با کیفیت و معیاری به مردم متعهد است. با توجه به افزایش انواع مختلف سرطانها در میان مردم و عدم موجودیت یک مرکز جامع سرطان، وزارت صحت عامه تصمیم دارد تا یک مرکزرا جهت ارایه خدمات وقایوی، تشخیص مقدم، تداوی و مراقبت حمایوی ایجاد نماید.

دیپارتمنت آنکولوژی (Oncology Department ) از طرف وزرات صحت عامه بمنظور جوابگویی به نیازهای مبرم مردم افغانستان در عرضه خدمات وقایوی، تشخیص مقدم، تداوی ومراقبت های حمایوی امراض سرطانی طرح شده و در معرض تطبیق قرار دارد. این دیپارتمنت جدید التائسیس که فعلا در شفاخانه جمهوریت موقعیت دارد، دارای  40بستر میباشد. این دیپارتمنت که دارای واحدهای آنکولوژی جراحی و طبی میباشد خدمات تشخیصی، درمانی و تسکین دهنده برای بیماران مبتلا به سرطان را ارایه میدارد. علاوه بر این، دارای یک واحد سراپا (OPD ) است که روزانه به 80-110 مریض خدمات طبی عرضه میدارد.

Duties & Responsibilities

·        ترتیب وتنظیم حواله جات نقدی،معاشات،ماکولات، سفریه ،حق الزمه واجرات یومیه محاسبه نقدی.

·        ترتیب استحقاق معاشات پرسونل ،توزیع ومجرائی آن مطابق درخواستی ها

·        تهیه بیلانس ربعوار به ادارات ذیربط.

·        گذارش فعالیت های انجام شده وطرح مشکلات ودریافت راه حل آنها

Job Requirements

·        درجه تحصیل : فارغ صنف چهاردهم

·        تجربه کاری: سه سال در ارگان های دولتی در بخش مدیریت.

·        مهارت های دیگر : مهارت قوی د رافهام وتفهیم

·        دانش مکمل در زبانهای پشتو، دری و انگلیسی
