Duties & Responsibilities:
Job Description To manage through sales and marketing stretch revenue and SIM targets in Afghan small and medium enterprise market.
Responsibilities Responsible for developing the Sales operating plans for Corporate /SME segment in conjunction with the Corporate Sales Manager.
Define and manage the reporting requirements to meet the Operating plan objectives.
Define the strategy and manage the reporting requirements to ensure the customer retention process objectives are achieved. Agree actions with Corporate Sales Manager to maximize retention of customers.
Management and responsibility of sales budgets in excess of $XXXXX to drive stretch revenue.
Recruitment and training of local staff in order to achieve business objectives.
Updating and producing Monthly Business Overview slides
Input into forecasting all Regional SME businesses
Analyze Budgeted units and head count reporting by channel â€“ monthly
Develop and implement customer contact strategy including marketing offer to drive incremental revenue on back of rate change and other marketing opportunities
Approve customer communication letters
Manage Sales Material including:
Development of new promotion material in conjunction with marcom.
Proposal to customers â€“ value statements etc
Develop and produce Annual Operating plan for New Acquisition
Analyze monthly retention reports:
Monthly sales analysis by sales executives
New Acquisition Data â€“ monthly activity
Develop and produce Quarterly Tactical Marketing Programmes based on feedback from Corporate Sales Manager and to achieve key business drivers.
Implement marketing programmes and other incentive schemes, to drive success.
Suggest pricing and packaging solutions to achieve objectives.
Work with Regional teams to ensure key metrics in accordance with agreed SLAâ€™s are achieved.

Experience - Essential
â€¢ 5-8 years sales experience in Business direct channels pref. Telecom / Office Automation.
â€¢ Proven track record in managing sales personnel
â€¢ Experienced in new business development and account management of Key / SME customers of all sizes/profiles and across multiple sectors
â€¢ Proven ability to consistently deliver sales targets
â€¢ Strong negotiation and account management skills
â€¢ Strong evidence of achieving targets
