Duties & Responsibilities:
â€¢ Generate new sales
â€¢ Achieve the assigned sales and revenue targets.
â€¢ Maximize company profitability by offering high end packages.
â€¢ Work with customer service to resolve customer issue
â€¢ Customer visits on daily basis.
â€¢ Understand the products thoroughly and learn to effectively sell against competition.
â€¢ Convert corporate accounts from competition to MTN.
â€¢ Monthly submission of sales plan with timelines of conversion of each account.
â€¢ Monthly sales forecast
Key Performance Indicators / KPIs
â€¢ Daily and monthly sales figure
â€¢ Monthly targets
â€¢ Submission of proper documentation with in timelines.
â€¢ Customer follow up for retention
â€¢ Revenue generation from the accounts
â€¢ Bachelors degree, preferably in business
