Duties & Responsibilities

Kindergarten Pilot Listening circle facilitator have to facilitate environment for listening and discussion of participants about the contents of each episode, fill and record participants’ views and suggestions as feedback of an episode and regularly report to the EAA M&E department on weekly basis, the facilitator have to form discussion group among kindergarten teachers and discuss the contents of each episode along with the methodology of playing games with kids. The listening circle facilitator`s responsibilities are specified below, but not limited to:

Mobilization and establishing listening circle sessions among kids in selected kindergartens

Conduct discussion group among kindergarten teachers and discuss the contents of each episode along with the methodology of playing games with kids

Record participants’ views and suggestions as feedback.

Provide video and audio feedbacks of kids and parents on monthly basis

Take pictures of each event and make monthly report of each listening circle and send to EAA M&E department.

Collect quotes and success stories

Assist M&E team in final evaluation of kindergarten pilot LC sessions and fill out sessions evaluation form on weekly basis

Any other task assigned by EAA.
