Designated Kiosk representative in considered to be assigned as MTN KIOSK Representative for supporting customer and provide assistance based on each customer's needs and Requirements, for example, assisting in SIM registration, activation, credit top up or other related issues.
Work on behalf of the company to resolve issues in a fair and equitable manner to ensure continued customer loyalty.
Maintain appearance of the counter and customer areas to present a neat, orderly and safe condition; ensure counter is stocked with appropriate supplies to provide smooth and effective counter service
Fluency in Languages: Pashto, Dari & English.
Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Excellent communication and listening skills with the ability to interact effectively with Customers.
Good knowledge of office management.
Ability to work alone and to execute tasks with minimum supervision.
Demonstrate ability of reporting
Duties & Responsibilities:
Welcome the Customers or prospective client and inquire about purpose of visit.
Provide the Customers or prospective client with requested and necessary information
according to company policies and procedures.
Provide services of "activation, change SIM, contract change & etc." to Customers aligned with procedures & policies of company.
Ensure that internal procedures are effectively communicated with Customers in order to
ensure good quality services delivered in the Kiosk.
Receive, filter and transfer immediate complaints to the concerned person/department.
Report any alarming complaint/issue to the immediate supervisor.
Receiving and collection of payments for the transactions, performing cash deposits on
deadline & keep stock safe and out of miss calculation.
Keep of all electronic records, documents, bank receipts and deposits slips.
Prepare and provide of cash and stock reports on daily, weekly and monthly base to the
Prepare proper and accurate activations reports i.e. daily/monthly.
Undertake other related duties that are assigned by immediate supervisor.
