About Ministry of Public Health

The Ministry of Public Health (MoPH) is tasked with a critical mandate; to deliver and promote sustainable and accessible health care services to the people of Afghanistan. Social and economic advancement can only be realized in a thriving and healthy society. The success of the MoPH is heavily driven in its ability to plan and use allocated resources effectively. Effective financial management is therefore critical for sustainable development and is the primary tool that translates the MoPH development strategies into noticeable outcomes or service delivery. Good governance and democratic accountability relies on transparent management of the MoPH budget. Therefore, ineffective financial management undermines the effectiveness and efficiency of development interventions and hinders the country’s progress towards improved and sustainable health care. MoPH finance directorate is going through a reform process and after reviewing the structure of finance directorates of other line ministries such as MRRD, MoE and MAIL, has proposed a new and standard structure that is approved by MoPH leadership, for this purpose MoPH needs a qualified staff for the mentioned position.

Job Summary

همکاری با شعبات مربوط در بخش تسهیل کار کمپیوتر و جمع اوری معلومات و ارقام از بخش های عرضه خدمات و پروژه جهت ادخال در دیتابیز به منظور برآورده شدن اهداف استراتیژیک اداره و وزارت صحت عامه جهت تقویت و انکشاف و توسعه عرضه خدمات عدلی طبی 

Duties & Responsibilities

1.     ترتیب پلان کاری ماهوار؛‌ ربعوار؛ سالانه با نظرداشت لایحه وظایف

2.     همکاری با مدیریت های حیاتی و فوتی در قسمت تایپ نمودن نظریات طب عدلی جهت تسریع پروسه تکمیل و ارسال نظریات مطابق قانون طب عدلی و با درنظرداشت عرضه خدمات عامه عدلی طبی به موقع

3.     ترتیب استعلام های جنائی؛ سارنوالی؛ محاکم،‌ وزارت امور داخله و سایر ارگان ها در رابطه به قضایای مربوطه

4.     جمع آوری معلومات از شعبات حیاتی و فوتی و لابراتوارها، ادخال معلومات در دیتابیز و سکن اسناد برای ارشیف الکترونیک

5.     سکن نمودن اسناد پروژوی خصوصا اسناد تدارکاتی و مالی جهت حفظ در ارشیف الکترونیک

6.     ارایه گزارش کاری در میعاد معینه و ترتیب و ارایه گزارش واقعات عدلی طبی نظر به ضرورت

7.     اجرای سایر وظایف محوله مطابق قانون و مقررات نافذه کشور و پالیسی اداره که از طرف آمر مافوق سپرده شود.

Job Requirements

1.     داشتن سند تحصیلی به درجه بکلوریا، به کسانیکه دارای درجه تحصیلی بالاتر باشند؛ ارجیت داده میشود

2.     تجربه کاری 4 ساله مرتبط به وظیفه

3.     تسلط به زبان های رسمی کشور (دری و پشتو)

4.     بلدیت با برنامه های کمپیوتر خصوصا برنامه ورد؛ اکسل و پاورپاینت

5.     داشتن سرعت در تایپ نمودن اسناد (سرعت حد اقل 40 کلمه در یک دقیقه)

6.     بلدیت به اصطلاحات طب عدلی جهت تسریع پروسه تایپ نمودن اسناد
