Job Summary:

ARAZI is seeking for a qualified national Land Lease Deputy Director who wil l assist Land Lease Director in all activities pertinent
to the Directorate. This position is a high ranking management position within ARAZI and the incumbent will be engaged in
strategic as and operation activities as well as clients and donor relations.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

- Attend the lease applications, providing the applicants --- proper information and orientation on lands available for lease,
- lease conditions and procedures;
- Provide directly or through third parties business orientation services in order for applicants to complete their business
- plans when required;
- Oversee and ensure that applicants have accomplished all requirements and submitted all documents when they
present their application;
- Fulfill lease procedures in order to assign land to applicants in an equitable and competitive way;
- Enforce and implement new land lease contracts, amendments and cancelations;
- Negotiate contract modifications (to include new authorized activities or shortened lease period, for example) at the request of tenants; and Manage update the physical and virtual data base of lease contracts

Job Requirement:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Natural Resources or Engineering.

Professional experience
- Minimum of 5 years work experience in the same field with the reputable national, international and UN organizations
